5. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.


6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

  • PB 91 BARBER SHOP is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

RETURN POLICY

7. Eligibility for Returns

Retail products may be returned only if:

  • The product is unopened
  • The product is in original packaging
  • Return request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • Original proof of purchase is provided

8. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personal care items that have been unsealed
  • Final sale or clearance items

9. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective:
