Service Refunds

  • Salon services are non-refundable once completed.
  • If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 48 hours so we can correct the issue.

Product Refunds

  • Products are refundable only if unused, unopened, and in original condition.
  • Used or opened products are not eligible for refund due to hygiene reasons.
  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
  • Original receipt is required.
