Service Refunds
- Salon services are non-refundable once completed.
- If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 48 hours so we can correct the issue.
Product Refunds
- Products are refundable only if unused, unopened, and in original condition.
- Used or opened products are not eligible for refund due to hygiene reasons.
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
- Original receipt is required.
