2. Salon Services

We provide professional salon services for men and women including haircuts, styling, coloring, treatments, grooming, and other related services.

Service results may vary depending on hair type, condition, and aftercare.

3. Appointments & Booking Policy

  • Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.
  • Advance payment may be required for certain services.
  • Please arrive on time for your appointment.

Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or cancellation.

4. No-Show Policy

  • If you book an appointment and fail to attend without prior notice, the payment is non-refundable.
  • As a courtesy, we provide one complimentary rebooking.
  • Repeated no-shows may require full advance payment for future bookings.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
  • Late cancellations may result in loss of deposit.

6. Product Purchases

All salon products sold are subject to our Refund Policy (see below).

7. Liability

PB 91 BARBER SHOP is not responsible for allergic reactions or damages resulting from failure to disclose medical conditions, allergies, or previous chemical treatments.

Clients must inform staff of any allergies or sensitivities before services begin.

8. Changes to Terms
